fantastic location, clean rooms!
amazing location easy check-in nice staff great terrace
The hotel location was amazing! i stayed for several nights and it was so close to all the spots i wanted to see. the online check-in was super easy. the staff was nice and always ready to help (they even gave me some local tips!). i loved the terrace. It was great.
the street-view rooms can get a little noisy.

the breakfast had a nice variety, and i could even request specific items to be prepared. the food options are diverse (especially the fresh fruit!) and made for a great start to the day.

the hotel's location in the gothic quarter was perfect for exploring. it was near la rambla, but far enough away to avoid the noise. i found many restaurants in the nearby alleys and on la rambla.

excessive noise no luggage storage
The noise level from the street was excessive. I struggled to sleep despite the ear plugs provided. there was no facility to store luggage after checking out. This complicated my travel arrangements for the day, requiring me to find alternative storage.

decent stay with some minor issues
convenient location coffee machine clean hotel dark interior temperature regulation street noise
the location was convenient for exploring. a kettle, a coffee machine, and a microwave were available in a communal area. the hotel was clean and smelled nice to me.
the pictures looked better than the reality. the inside was very dark. it was not easy to regulate the temperature inside the room. i could hear everything like people talking on the street.

Mixed feelings about this place
ugly entrance little light
Honestly, I was a bit let down. The entrance to the building was TERRIBLE. It's old and quite ugly. My room was on the second floor, and it felt so dark with barely any natural light. The window faced some kind of mini courtyard or air shaft, so no light actually came in. For the price, I at least expected natural light.

was awesome
convenient location clean room large room
the location was very convenient. i wanted a hotel near the gothic quarter. it was close to la rambla, but without the noise (a great advantage). the rooms were clean and quite large. i found the beds comfortable.
i noticed that the hotel doesn't have staff on-site all the time. leaving luggage after check-out wasn't possible. this was inconvenient as i had a late flight.

a coffee machine, kettle, and microwave are in the communal area on the floor. guests can freely use tea bags and coffee pods. the roof terrace provided a beautiful space for relaxation.

the staff were friendly and helpful. they were very responsive to requests, offering assistance with directions and recommendations. daily cleaning ensured the rooms remained tidy and refreshed.

the hotel is near popular food spots and bars. the metro is within a reasonable walking distance. a convenience store is located just at the end of the road (i found it very practical).

mixed feelings about this stay
poor insulation dim lighting
i was a bit let down by the noise level. the windows provided very little sound insulation. it sounded like the street was right in the room. also, the lighting was minimal. there were only a couple of dim lights, so the room felt dark.
